Inspired by our original 90s designs, the concept of luck is front and center of our Totally Lucky collection. This is a playground where bold, primary colors pop and play with cheeky, bright graphics. Four leaf clovers, bottle caps, logos, and all-over prints make this capsule collection fresh and bursting with energy, much like model and music artist, Isabella Perschardt. An Angeleno through & through, read on to see what she had to say about her style icons, career, and love for all things 90s while being inspired by looks that pay homage to one of our favorite decades.

How did you get started in the modeling industry and what do you love most about it?
I started modeling when I was about five years old. People would always stop my mom on the street and tell her I should be in front of the camera so my mother took me to a children's agency. As I got older, I loved that I was able to miss out on school once or twice a month to shoot. Eventually as the years passed, I started to understand that you need a work ethic to “succeed” in the industry. Learning that at such a young age really helped shape who I am and how I approach jobs and interactions with people today. I am very grateful to have met amazingly creative people and seen such beautiful places through my job.
Who were some of your style icons growing up?
Answering this is a bit iffy for me because a lot of my favorite celebrities with style have stylists that are the ones creating the looks, not them. So if I really have to pick one, it would be my mom. She has been a huge style inspiration for me. She’s been a stylist for 18+ years and always had me running around with her from showroom to showroom. When I was young, I would sit at the shows with her and she would style me in faux fur and matching print sets. I think I’ve kept this inspiration going in my style today.
What do you feel has been the height of your career thus far?
Shooting for Vogue Italy and Mexico was definitely a dream come true, but the beauty campaigns I’ve done, like Makeup Forever and Smashbox, would have to be my favorites. It’s such a career-high to work with talented people that I've always looked up to and who have perfected their craft.
As an Angeleno, what makes L.A. home to you and what are some of your favorite go-to spots?
Nothing is better than landing in Los Angeles. Taking in that first breath of warm air after leaving the airport is my favorite… & I’m convinced the air is sweeter. My favorite spots in Los Angeles mostly have to do with food, like Croft Alley for breakfast and Squirl for lunch. Nothing beats driving through all of the beautiful neighborhoods… preferably on a Bird scooter, which is my newest obsession as well.
We’re pretty big on 90s culture! Do you ever find yourself drawing inspiration from that decade and playing any particular song on repeat?
Who isn't infatuated with the 90s?! I loved the style and music back then. If I have to pick a person who had my heart back then, and still does, it would have to be Sade. She made hits that I will forever have a weakness for, like No Ordinary Love.
Let’s talk street style! With denim in mind, how do you go about achieving an ‘edgy meets glam’ look?
Denim on Denim is a set I can’t stay away from. Mixing it up with colorful Manolo Blahnik pumps and gold jewelry gives me the right amount of desired glam without trying too hard.
What top 5 Instagram accounts do you constantly find yourself on?
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
Five years from now, I hope to have put out multiple successful music projects and be involved in collaborations that I’m passionate about. Hopefully by then I will have also created my own clothing and skincare line.
