This is my new favorite thing! It’s a calendar (foil-pressed & beautiful) detailing the fruits & vegetables that are in season by month . . . it’s hanging in my kitchen for easy reference. What a great idea — before planning a meal or heading to the grocery store, I can take a look and make sure I’m using ingredients that are extra fresh & available . . .

Tee Time

It’s tee-shirt season and as I have said before . . . a graphic tee or tank looks good with just about everything. With collaborations like Triumph, Johnson Motors, Junk Food and Indian you will find the perfect tee at Lucky right now. Dress them up or down, layer them under a jacket or shirt, roll the sleeves, knot the hem, add lots of jewels — you can’t really mess this one up so experiment.

Abalone & Pearls

The new jewelry collection at Lucky Brand is one of my all time favorites . . . Beautiful pearls & abalone — set and knotted into bracelets, necklaces, rings and earrings. No two pieces are alike which is why I think I like it so much — every pearl is unique in shape & luster and the abalone glows in a rainbow of colors depending on the piece. Any natural stone next to your skin is powerful but something from the sea brings you extra luck and protection . . . at least that’s what I believe, do you?
