Base Coat Nails The Fall Mani

by
At DTLA’s Base Coat Nail Salon, a new season calls for a fresh look, and it all starts with the fingertips. The salon’s standout fall shade, Consume & Create, captures the season’s metallic hues while still maintaining their non-toxic, cruelty-free philosophy.
It’s the perfect shade for this fall/winter season because, as we know, metallics are in. These are straight from the runway,” Base Coat Manager and Manicurist Shelly Hill said.

“My favorite looks are simple with an edge,” Base Coat Owner Ali Elman said. “You can't go wrong with a cute white sweater and skinny jeans. It never goes out of style.” Elman loves a classic look, but isn’t afraid to make a statement with her mani by adding nail art to the mix. “ It adds edginess to any outfit.”

Clients are welcomed by a neon sign that reads “#TreatYoSelf, setting the mood for a moment to kick back and relax. “It means it’s important to take the time for self care. If you don't care of yourself in a deliberate way, your life can easily get out of balance, especially in this fast paced world" said Elman.
