Fashion Week Fall ’13: The Bun

On the runway (and off), everyone is sporting some version of a Bun! At Pamella Roland, the hair was pulled up and wide leather headbands gave them some edge . . . At Badgley Mischka, the hair was french braided from the nape of the neck and then swept into a loose bun on top. Messy, polished, big, small, edgy or ladylike – buns were everywhere at Lincoln Center for Fashion Week in NYC.

It’s clearly a trend now and by the looks of the runways for Fall ’13 it’s a trend that will last . . . and the most inexpensive fashion trend I spotted!
