5 Minutes with Nicki Bluhm
Nicki & Tim Bluhm, Frontman of the Mother Hips- -
On February 1st one of my dreams came true, I got to meet Nicki Bluhm & the Gramblers . . .
Nicki’s been on my “list” for awhile. In fact, when their Vans Sessions video covering the Hall & Oates classic ‘I Can’t Go For That’ hit the internet I thought . . . who is this cool girl, with the cool glasses, with the cool band . . . in a van? I’m going to meet her — but really, I want to BE her . . . except I can’t sing!
I spent some time (and hooked them up with some Lucky Brand Jeans) with Nicki and the Band at the Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley to enjoy their sold out show. They’re all amazingly talented, of course, but better than that was how kind, gracious and just plain nice they are! — Just what I expected and exactly what I had hoped for. Thank you Nicki Bluhm and the Gramblers for the memorable evening, I am now an even bigger fan!

I want to be her too, or hang out with her and her band. so cute. They need to play more in Kansas CIty, or southern Utah or Las Vegas though.
