The Day After

The day(s) after . . . Yesterday we had the chance to vote for a leader. A week ago we experienced a storm like no other in our country’s recent history. A week before that, the San Francisco Giants won the World Series in a 4 game sweep.

It’s amazing what can happen in such a short time. While we could easily have done without Sandy, all three of these events brought people together in a way that shows real human spirit  . . . for that we should celebrate.
